The Ultimate Blog Party 2010 may be going on now, but I’m already looking to the future for all the great parties that will be going on at BlogHer ’10 this summer! Yes, I’ll be attending BlogHer in New York City in August, and apparently there are parties all over the place!

Phew! I bet I’m going to look like this when all is said and done…
That’s a picture of TJ all zonked out from his first birthday party. It’s one of my favorite pictures of him as a baby.
So yeah. I know that the parties all overlap with each other, but it will probably be one of those things where I move with the herd (and by herd, I mean my fellow blogger friends) and we spend about an hour in each place.

I’m a relatively high-functioning Aspie who also lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), depression, and anxiety. I am not ashamed to admit that I am in the care of a psychiatrist, who assures me that people in therapy are often better adjusted than “normal” people who are not, because at least we know what our issues are and are working on them. I’m a geek for grammar, fantasy, and select types of gaming, including World of Warcraft and the cash competitions at WorldWinner. I hate vegetables. I have an intense phone phobia, so I’ll happily conduct business over email or IM instead. I have started writing no fewer than five novels, and I hope to finish one of them by the end of 2013. My favorite wine is a cheap cranberry chablis, and I would prefer a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy’s over a fancy dinner at a five-star restaurant any day.

Thank you for sharing for those of us that were away from the computer yesterday. Signed up for everything. Got tickets to all except was put on the wait list for Blogalicious and CheeseburgHer. Grrr. . . I blame it on someone else for not getting me the confirmation e-mail quick enough.

I will be attending Blogalicious, Sparklecorn and CheeseburHer parties too. (whew) and like your picture of your son on his birthday, I believe that we all are gonna look something like that when we have gone, conquered and make our way home! 
I am really looking forward to it ALL. This will be my first year and I can’t wait to meet all the people I know, but finally get to see them IRL!
BlogHer Newbie that I am, I completely missed the boat on the party thang and by the time I woke up and smelled the Fiesta, I was relegated to the waitlists across the board.
Hopefully one of the party organizers will take pity on my poor, sad, waitlisted self and throw an invite my way!
