Since I only slept for about three to four hours last night, I wasn’t quite sure how to write this letter to you today. So I decided to ask you what your favorite part of this week was. Your answer?
“Going to Red Robin.”
You want to go to Red Robin for lunch today. You were begging us last night to go there for dinner, going so far to even grab my hands and do what you called the Red Robin dance. Daddy and I were able to persuade you to stay home last night because we didn’t want to go out, but apparently you are still dead set on going there.
Your favorite part of this week is something that hasn’t happened yet. I don’t know if that speaks poorly for the rest of the week, or if it just speaks very highly of your expectations for Red Robin today. (And the pizza and balloon you’ll get there.)

He did indeed get his Red Robin for lunch. It may have been his favorite part of the week because Uncle Josh joined us, home from college for spring break.
