My sweet boy. Lately, the kind of attention you want is cozy and cuddly. “Mommy, sit with me on the floor.” “Mommy, sit next to me on the couch.”
So this morning, we watched Enchanted while cuddling on the couch together. Both things were your idea – the movie and the snuggling. It was so great.
I don’t sit on the couch very often. I know that. I’m trying to get out of my chair more often to sit with you when you ask me to, because I guess I can see how sitting on my lap in my chair isn’t all that comfy for you.
I love cuddling with you.

Cherish those cuddle moments. As you know, they get less frequent each year.
I struggle too. My youngest hungers for that kind of time too. Her behavior is so much better when I carve out that time for her
Thats sweet. I hear you about cherising those moments. Sometimes when my daughter wants a hug when I am busy or doing something, I have to remind myself, I have to cherish this time because there will be time when she will be ignoring me.
