Dear TJ,
How many times have we been over this? Sunrise does NOT equal time to get out of bed. Especially on Saturdays. I don’t know what else we can do to darken your room. We’ve already hung blankets over the windows, which are already covered with blinds and curtains. I can’t survive on this little sleep, and you are quite grumpy, too.
Love,
Mommy

I don’t mean to laugh at your predicament. I am laughing with you. Youngest son used to do the same thing. Sleep seemed to be the hardest area of his life. Oh, I can remember him calling “Mommy, Mommy?” at some ungodly hour of the morning! We laugh about it now, but back then, I was miserable. And, sometimes, he looked like the only 3 year old who needed 2 cups of coffee!
You poor thing!
Here’s mine for the week!

Oh dear – I laughed and laughed.. sorry… yes – my two are the same… sun comes up and so do the kids. thankfully they are now big enough to be able to turn the cartoons on or get some colouring pencils out and keep themselves amused for a while without destroying anything. I still hear them – but at least I am vertical…
heres mine for this week

I feel your pain! Those newborn sleepless nights should be left in the newborn years, but they have a way of creeping back when the time changes and the days last longer, don’t they?
Here is mine for the week. Thanks for letting me play along!
